Brandt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements Administrator to join our Settlements & Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager, this role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of settlements across the Brandt Group of Companies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing and reconciling settlements in line with company and supplier requirements
• Reviewing and auditing whole goods transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with OEM program guidelines
• Supporting the monitoring and reconciliation of accounts related to whole goods invoicing
• Assisting with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlements

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
• A good understanding of accounting or administrative processes (experience in a similar role is an advantage)
