Your role:

We're on the lookout for an exceptional
Personal Assistant
who thrives on structure, problem-solving and making things run seamlessly behind the scenes.

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role supporting two of our Directors across our project marketing and residential sales divisions. You'll be the organisational backbone of the business - ensuring workflows run efficiently, communication is polished, priorities are managed and the Directors are always one step ahead.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-level administrative and executive support to two Directors
• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and preparing agendas
• Drafting, proofreading and managing professional correspondence on behalf of the Directors
• Assisting with sales documentation, property listings, project launches and ad-hoc marketing support
• Ensuring tasks are executed with structure, accuracy and accountability
• Maintaining an organised, efficient and tidy office environment
• Coordinating travel and events for the directors, as well as internal deadlines
• Supporting internal reporting, follow-up actions and key business workflows
• Building strong relationships with clients, developers, stakeholders and internal teams

About you:

You're a proactive operator who anticipates needs before they arise. Polished, reliable and unflappable under pressure, you pride yourself on delivering work at an exceptional standard and keeping the people around you operating at theirs.

We'd love you to bring:

• Real Estate experience is preferred
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• A strong sense of initiative and the ability to solve problems quickly
• A polished, professional presence with confidence engaging high-level clients
• The ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and stay steps ahead
• Experience within real estate, property or professional services (preferred but not essential)
• Tech-savviness with confidence using CRMs, Outlook, Office suite and workflow tools
