Proactive Projects is a growing mining contracting company, delivering a range of major CAPEX projects in the Mount Isa region. We specialise in connecting experienced professionals with Tier 1 mining projects, and we're expanding our team as our business grows.

These high-value projects need experienced professionals who can manage governance, documentation, and delivery from start to finish.


Multiple Roles Available:

  • Senior Project Manager – Major Projects
  • Senior Mechanical Engineer
  • Senior Electrical Engineer
  • Civil/Structural Engineer
  • Mechanical Supervisor
  • Mechanical Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in mining and CAPEX project delivery
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers or supervisors
  • Strong focus on governance, reporting and delivery performance
  • Ability to manage safety, schedule and cost effectively
  • Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
  • Australian work rights are required for this position

Roster & Location

  • 9 days on / 5 days off roster
  • FIFO from Cairns, Townsville or Brisbane
  • Relocation support available for those moving to Mount Isa
