The Role
The role of Program Coordinator - Student Services is dynamic, strategic, proactive, and hands on. The successful applicant would work collaboratively with the Student Services personnel and Executive Team to lead relevant programs and initiatives to support the school's core values. They will lead with cultural responsiveness and be an effective communicator who is able to handle difficult conversations in a compassionate and empathetic way.

As Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on students in relation to, attendance, behaviour, social/emotional wellbeing, educational engagement, and Students at Educational Risk. This role is an integral part of our Student Services Team, and the successful applicant will display their ability to motivate and lead by example.

As Program Coordinator, you would provide support to teachers and curriculum leaders in student wellbeing and work in a collaborative team to meet all Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority requirements through various strategies such as targeted intervention and student case management. To ensure high quality outcomes for students, the Program Coordinator Student Services would need to build positive, professional working relationships with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
