We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in nursing recruitment in Australia to join our growing team. If you're passionate about people, driven by results, and ready to make a real difference in healthcare staffing, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of established nursing clients
- Work across permanent and/or contract recruitment
- Drive new business through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Source, attract, and engage top nursing talent across Australia
- Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates
- Negotiate commercial terms and uphold best practices
- Collaborate with a high-performing team and contribute to shared success
About you:
- Proven experience in nursing or healthcare recruitment in Australia
- A growth mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Keen to work within in a supportive, engaged team
