About the Role:

We're seeking skilled Final Trim Dozer and Excavator Operators to join our operational team at Eastern Guruma, supporting drill pad construction works. You'll play a key role in building, shaping, and maintaining drill pads to specification, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across site operations.

Responsibilities:


• Operate dozers or excavators to construct and maintain drill pads to design specifications.


• Complete final trim work using GPS and laser systems.


• Conduct daily pre-starts and maintain equipment to a high operational standard.


• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, drill crews, and maintenance teams.


• Maintain strict adherence to safety and environmental procedures.

Key Criteria:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience operating dozers or excavators in mining or civil environments.
  • Relevant Nationally accredited machine tickets.
  • Proven final trim and GPS experience (essential).
  • Active C class licence and White Card.
  • Rio Tinto inducted or willing to complete inductions.
  • Please note: Working Holiday Visas are not considered for this role.

On Offer:

  • Full-time permanent position with Eastern Guruma.
  • FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster.
  • 12-hour days including paid travel to and from site.
  • All flights, PPE, and pre-employment checks provided by Eastern Guruma.
  • On-call support provided throughout inductions and onboarding
