About the Role:

We're looking for Casual Kitchen Hands / Dishwashers to join our team. Some prior experience in a commercial kitchen is required, along with enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Whether you're assisting with food preparation, washing dishes, or keeping the kitchen clean and organised, you'll play a key role in supporting our chefs and helping the kitchen run smoothly to deliver great guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation and cleaning tasks
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils and work areas
  • Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with food safety requirements
  • Assist with waste management and stock organisation as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or Dishwasher in a busy kitchen
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Flexible availability including weekends and nights
