Job DescriptionRestaurant Manager – Angel's House Fremantle Angel's House is a French restaurant located in Fremantle (WA), currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the service of food and beverages within the restaurant Manage and support all food and beverage staff members Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, bar, and related equipment
Liaise regularly with the Maintenance team to ensure requests are addressed promptly Assist in the preparation of monthly restaurant/bar reports, including key performance indicators and corrective actions Attend and actively participate in weekly Food and Beverage meetings
Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts to enable accurate staff rostering Ensure compliance with relevant liquor licensing regulations Requirements
Previous managerial experience in a hospitality environment Formal qualification preferred; alternatively, a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience Strong food and beverage knowledge
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Sound computer literacy
Good understanding of the local market, competitors, and suppliers Passion for customer service and a drive to achieve targets Willingness to develop professionally within the hospitality industry
Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings and weekends Position Details Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Located in Fremantle, WA 6160 Annual salary: $73,150 to $77, % superannuation Staff meals included
