Your new role

  • Fabrication, welding, and assembly of steel structures and components
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Working with heavy steel sections and precision projects
  • Contributing to shutdowns, maintenance, and new builds
  • Operating hand and power tools with precision
  • Collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

  • Trade qualified Boilermakers (Cert III Engineering - Fabrication or equivalent)
  • MIG Welders with no qualifications needed
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately
  • Experience in heavy steel fabrication (preferred)
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
  • Flexibility to work across varied projects and environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
