What You Will Be Doing

• Provide both reactive work and preventative maintenance to a range of different clients.
• Effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Self-manage workload with the ability to determine job priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Mentor apprentices and provide technical onsite training.
• Establish and maintain relationships with our customers ensuring concerns and complaints are proactively addressed.
• Work closely with other colleagues and managers within the region to foster a strong team environment.
• Maintain current industry knowledge and keep updated with changes and advances in refrigeration, air conditioning systems and technology.
• You will be provided with training and development for a variety of different work required across multiple sites.

• World-Class Museums and Art Galleries – Maintain precise environmental conditions that protect priceless works of art and cultural heritage.

• Major Hospitals – Support essential healthcare operations by ensuring the reliable

performance of critical building systems.

• Mining Sector – Support the operational efficiency and safety of mining facilities by maintaining robust mechanical and environmental systems.
• Tertiary Education Institutions – Ensure comfortable and functional learning environments for students, staff, and faculty.
• Central Energy Plants – Work with large-scale infrastructure providing energy to expansive and high-demand facilities.

About You

• You can be an experienced HVAC technician.
• You can be a residential and small commercial AC technician who is looking for an opportunity to work with central plant.
• You are happy to be trained in all things commercial HVAC.
• Wiling to undergo national police check & full medical including drug and alcohol testing.

Skills And Experience

• Refrigeration and Air-conditioning experience.
• Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Applicable Trade Licence.
• Australian National Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence.
• Central plant experience is ideal, however not required.
• We are more than willing to train the right candidate.
