About the Role
  • Day Shift Roster - Tuesday to Saturday, 6am to 4pm or finish
  • Night Shift Roster - Rolling roster 4 on, 4 off - 6pm to 6am or finish
  • Supervise, train and mentor a small team of forklift operators
  • Assist with allocating freight, plan and manage staff workloads
  • Assist with unloading/loading inbound and outbound freight in fridge vans, trailers and taut liners
  • Follow company procedures for storage, temperature, and inventory controls
  • Keep records in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures
Pre-requisites
  • High Risk Forklift Licence
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Prior Team Leader/Supervisory experience
  • Experience working in cold storage (highly regarded)
  • Use of Microsoft Suite software (emails/correspondence)
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
