Join our warm and welcoming team at mecwacare Allanvale , a beautifully designed aged care home located in the tranquil suburb of Altona Meadows. With 49 spacious ensuite rooms, inviting lounge and dining areas, and stunning gardens, we provide a supportive and caring environment for both residents and staff.
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) you will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based resident-centered care following specific clinical policies and approved protocols. You will be working under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse.
What you bring:
- Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.
- A minimum of two years' experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
- Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement.
- Thorough knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation.
- Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Proven ability to guide, motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
- Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Availability for AM PM and Occasional night shift.
- NDIS screening check
