We're partnering with a highly respected, design-driven National architecture studio to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Project Leader to join their growing team.

This role provides the chance to lead and deliver high-quality, complex innovative architectural projects. There is also clear potential to progress into a more senior role in the future.

Our client is expanding on the back of a strong pipeline of projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid local QLD architecture background and a proven track record in delivering significant local projects. Your duties as Project Leader will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead projects primarily through DA or post-DA to Delivery
  • Guide and mentor the internal project team
  • Oversee construction documentation and revisions (Revit)
  • Work directly with clients, building and enriching relationships
  • Run client and site meetings, ensuring clear communication and progress updates
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance standards are met throughout the build process
  • Monitor project budgets, resourcing, and timelines to maintain efficiency
  • Undertake defect checks and manage project sign-off

The successful applicant will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes. Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • Australian Registered Architect - Preferred
  • Solid understanding of Revit
  • Minimum of 8+ years of post-graduation, local Australian studio experience
  • Sound knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and deliver well-resolved architectural solutions
  • Must be an Australian or NZ Citizen, or Permanent Resident – Essential
