About the Role
This isn't a role for someone who wants to hide in the back and tick boxes.
It's for a technician who knows the difference between "done" and "done right."
You'll be front and centre, hands-on, across a variety of servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and performance upgrades.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining German vehicles to the highest standard
- Taking on complex diagnostics that other workshops avoid
- Installing and tuning performance upgrades — ECU, turbo, exhaust, clutch, suspension
- Running dyno tests and fine-tuning setups for optimal results
- Signing off on work only when you're confident to put your name behind it
- Keeping customers informed with clear, honest updates
- Meeting deadlines or communicating early when timelines shift
- Supporting your team when the pressure is on — and expecting the same in return
- Owning your work — if something's missed, you take responsibility and make it right
This role is about raising the bar in everything you do.

Who This Is For
This position is for a fully qualified tradesperson who takes real pride in their work.
You've worked on German or European vehicles and know the level of care and precision they demand. We are chasing someone with a very high-level diagnostic ability
