.A great opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Procurement and Contracts Administrator to join a specialised team supporting high-value, high-risk contracts across a key public sector service. You'll play a vital role in delivering expert procurement advice, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting sourcing activities that impact services delivered state-wide.

About the Team You'll be part of a small, expert team based in the Brisbane CBD, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support procurement activity and contract governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract administration for high-value and high/medium-risk contracts, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Develop a post-transaction compliance and assurance framework aligned with public sector policies.
  • Support business-led sourcing activities, including contingent labour engagements.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement frameworks, supplier performance, and panel arrangements.
  • Draft contract documentation such as variations and extensions.
  • Build procurement capability and contribute to a community of practice.
  • Prepare complex reports, briefs, and correspondence.
