We're looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman to help maintain a 5-story office building and arcade right in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Perfect for someone semi-retired or seeking steady part-time work in a friendly, flexible environment.

You'll be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks around the property — no two days are the same

Typical duties include:

• Painting and touch-ups
• Door and lock repairs/replacements
• Light plumbing and general maintenance
• Insect spraying and basic pest control
• General handy work and problem-solving around the building

You're practical, resourceful, and enjoy fixing things. You take pride in your work and can get a job done efficiently and safely.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid handyman or maintenance experience
• Is confident using a range of tools
• Can work independently and troubleshoot issues on the go
• Is trustworthy, punctual, and easy to work with
