Teacher Aide

All Souls St Gabriels School is an independent Pre-prep to Year 12 co-educational day and boarding school, in the Anglican tradition, which has provided quality education for over 100 years to students from all over northern Australia and beyond.

We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and highly effective professionals with a record of working in Early Learning to join our Pre-prep team in the following role:

TEACHER AIDE (Educational Assistant - Early Years)

The role includes Educator support within the context of the daily operations of the Pre-prep room as required. The span of hours for the role will be between 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, immediate commencement. After School supervision from 3:00–5:15 pm may be included in this role.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current CHCPRT025 Identify & Report children and young people at risk or equivalent (or willing to obtain)
• Current working with children checks (QLD) Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid certificate, CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting Certificate (or willing to obtain)
