At Diraq, we're building the future of quantum computing — enabling millions of qubits on a single chip. Our commercial and operational teams are the backbone of this mission, and we're looking for a savvy operator to join us as a Founders Associate.   

What is a Founders Associate? It's not a typical Executive Assistant role, it's way more  If you've supported CEOs or Founders in deep tech startups, mastered the art of juggling priorities, and are craving a broader, more strategic remit — this is your next move. 

You'll be the right hand to our Founder and Senior Leadership Team, helping drive operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and leadership team effectiveness. You'll bring order to ambiguity, structure to scale, and clarity to complexity. 

Job Requirements

  • You've supported CEOs, Founders, or Boards in high-growth environments and are ready to expand your scope.
  • You're looking for a role that blends executive support with strategic operations and stakeholder engagement.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and love creating structure.
  • You remember details others forget — who met whom, what was said, and what's next.
  • You're tech-savvy and fluent in tools like Outlook, Canva, HRIS, CRM, and project trackers.
  • You're emotionally intelligent, discreet, and proactive.
  • You care deeply about innovation and want to be part of something big.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the Founder's force multiplier
    : Manage calendars, travel, and meetings with precision. Prepare briefing materials and ensure the Founder is always two steps ahead.
  • Own communications and context
    : Draft and manage correspondence, track interactions, and maintain a mental map of who's who and what's next.
  • Drive operational rhythm
    : Support recurring processes (e.g. expenses, reporting), streamline workflows, and implement automation where possible.
  • Leverage AI tools and digital platforms
    : Use tools like Copilot, Open Project, Trello, Canva, and CRM systems to automate tasks, track priorities, and enhance decision-making.
  • Maintain our CRM memory
    : Keep stakeholder records clean, current, and actionable. Ensure timely follow-ups and context-rich interactions.
  • Support strategic execution
    : Track action items, priorities, and progress across SLT initiatives. Create visibility and momentum across projects.
