Tilt Tray Tow Truck Operators Wanted – Western Suburbs, Melbourne

  • You must live in Wyndham area.
  • You must have a genuine interest in tow trucks.
  • You must not have any criminal convictions – a police check is mandatory.
  • You must be able to store the truck at your home after hours.
  • Pre employment drug testing.

About the Role

We are a growing family-owned towing company based in Melbourne's west, looking for experienced and reliable Tilt Tray Tow Truck Operators to join our team.

Full-time and part-time roles available

  • Accident towing
  • Police-related jobs
  • Salvage & auction work
  • Varied and dynamic day-to-day duties

Rolling roster with night shifts and weekend work

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-departure vehicle inspections
  • Safely load and transport vehicles to auctions, repair shops, and customer locations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements
  • Minimum MR Licence
  • Minimum 2 years of Tilt Tray driving experience
  • Live in Wyndham, ONLY
  • Ability to store truck at your residence
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic tech skills (e.g., using GPS or dispatch apps)
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Police Check required (no criminal history)
