We're looking for a confident, motivated person to join our close-knit team in St Marys. In this role, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers—handling inbound and outbound calls, building trust, providing exceptional support, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing support and guidance.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with existing clients or welcome new prospects.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries and guiding customers through our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and update databases.
- Support the team with customer-related tasks.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in manufacturing, transport, 4x4, agriculture, construction, or fabrication industries (essential).
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Fluent in English.
- Persistent, proactive, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage but not essential.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Part-time: minimum 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30+ hours/week).
- Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
REMUNERATION: Salary negotiable, based on experience and skills.
LOCATION: St Marys (Office-based, Monday to Friday).
