Day to day you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Assisting Retail, Trade and Service Guests
- Guest service across all internal departments
- Accurate interpretation of Toyota parts
- Sales both internal & external
- Invoicing and cash handling
- Receipt & dispatch of parts
- Accurately processing orders & enquiries
- Achievement of KPI's and sales targets
- Warehousing & stock reconciliation
- Supporting the Parts Team to effectively and efficiently complete their tasks
To be successful in the role you will need:
- recent auto parts experience
- A good knowledge of vehicle service and repair
- An ability to identify the working parts of a motor vehicle
- Excellent Guest service skills and phone manner
- Excellent administrative and computer skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Show initiative and self-motivation
- Clean and neat presentation
- A can-do and proactive attitude
- Strong and committed work ethic
- Clean driving record and open Australian Manual Driver's License
- Experience in Toyota preferred but not essential
