We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative
Data Scientist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced machine learning techniques, modern MLOps practices, and large-scale data processing. This role requires a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical approaches to solve complex business problems.
 - Apply expertise in experimental design and statistical modeling to drive data-driven decision-making.
 - Build, train, and deploy ML models using Python and libraries such as
scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
. - Leverage modern ML platforms (e.g.,
Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML
) for scalable model development and deployment. - Implement
MLOps best practices
, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining. - Work with distributed computing and large-scale data frameworks such as
Spark, Ray, or Dask
. - Apply advanced techniques in
feature engineering, model interpretability, fairness, and responsible AI
. - Translate complex machine learning outcomes into actionable business insights and present them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven expertise in
machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design
. - Strong programming skills in
Python
with hands-on experience in ML frameworks and libraries. - Experience with
cloud-based ML platforms
and end-to-end model lifecycle management. - Deep understanding of
MLOps practices
including deployment, monitoring, and governance. - Familiarity with
distributed computing frameworks
and large-scale data environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to link ML solutions to measurable business impact.
