We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative
Data Scientist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced machine learning techniques, modern MLOps practices, and large-scale data processing. This role requires a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical approaches to solve complex business problems.
  • Apply expertise in experimental design and statistical modeling to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Build, train, and deploy ML models using Python and libraries such as
    scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
    .
  • Leverage modern ML platforms (e.g.,
    Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML
    ) for scalable model development and deployment.
  • Implement
    MLOps best practices
    , including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
  • Work with distributed computing and large-scale data frameworks such as
    Spark, Ray, or Dask
    .
  • Apply advanced techniques in
    feature engineering, model interpretability, fairness, and responsible AI
    .
  • Translate complex machine learning outcomes into actionable business insights and present them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven expertise in
    machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design
    .
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    with hands-on experience in ML frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with
    cloud-based ML platforms
    and end-to-end model lifecycle management.
  • Deep understanding of
    MLOps practices
    including deployment, monitoring, and governance.
  • Familiarity with
    distributed computing frameworks
    and large-scale data environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to link ML solutions to measurable business impact.
