ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide administrative support, including managing sales documentation, retailer submissions, product samples, and online content.
Liaise with Buyers and Retailers to ensure data accuracy and smooth product supply.
Maintain key documents such as promotional matrices, price lists, and rebate trackers.
Raise purchase orders, prepare newsletters, and generate weekly sales reports with forecasting insights.
Coordinate materials and support for Toy Fair and previews, and attend the annual Trade Fair.
ABOUT YOU
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;
Experience working with major retailer platforms (e.g. Big W, Kmart, Target, Myer, Coles, Woolworths, Amazon).
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred, but not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Proficient in the use of JDE

Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Highly organised, with proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
