Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in aged care or individual/disability support
  • NDIS Workers check or Police check
  • Valid drivers license
  • First aid / CPR certificate

Job Description:

  • Locations: Predominately based in Hobart
  • Attentive and good communicator - as confident as you can be, challenge yourself
  • Vacancies for shift work includes the morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
  • Delivering an excellence in service, this includes: Being well mannered, punctual, friendly, compassionate and respectful.

The role:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Care over residents and aged care participants that require physical or cognitive support
  • Ability to display skills and good practices in a clinical setting/environment
  • Passion in care and support
  • Able to show respect, patience, and care towards all participants and other staff
  • Good representation of ASAP Care services

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrates an ability to speak clearly and confidently
  • Displays compassion and care
  • Experience as a worker in any support work (NDIS, Aged Care, Hospital etc) - not compulsory but recommended
  • Appropriate qualifications

Pay: $39.00 – $78.00 per hour
