We are seeking an independent individual to join our team at Poseidon Pools & Spas. To work well in the Pool Service Technician Role you need to have the ability to think on your feet and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also need to be able to learn all the different systems within the Pool & Spa Industry as well as have the ability to retain information to do with the water balancing.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • In depth water testing and chemical balancing
  • Cleaning of clients' swimming pools & spas
  • Maintaining clients equipment
  • Fault diagnosis
  • Plumbing of pools and equipment
  • Change out existing pool equipment
  • Retro fit pool lights and transformers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience is not required but preferred
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
  • Be able to identify sales opportunities
  • Exceptional customer service/people skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, Punctual & well presented
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 25kg multiple times a day
  • Ability to work independently or as a team
  • Have good physical fitness
  • Have a positive attitude
