Chef de Partie – Breakfast & Lunch Service/ Dinner Service roles available
We're looking for talented and reliable Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team at Mi Casa Café.
We currently have two positions available — one for our breakfast & lunch service and one for our dinner service — both offering great opportunities to work in a busy, supportive environment where quality and teamwork come first.
About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and ensure every dish that leaves the pass meets Mi Casa's high standards. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare, cook, and present dishes efficiently and consistently.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Run your section smoothly during service
- Support the kitchen team with prep and organisation
- Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen systems
- Keep your area clean and organised at all times
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Who You Are
- Confident, reliable, and passionate about cooking
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- A strong communicator who works well in a team
- Experienced in café or restaurant kitchens
