An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.
SDS Training is recognised as one of the leading registered training organisation (RTO) throughout Queensland. This company has a national network geared towards providing exceptional customer service offering quality industry relevant training solutions in the Transport, Heavy Industry, Civil Construction, Mining, Drilling, High Risk, Rail and the Health sectors.
As the organisation is diversifying to meet the ever changing needs of clients, we are looking for a dynamic person to join the team. Previous experience in the VET industry would be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Answering enquiries from potential and existing customers who are predominately based throughout Queensland.
- Liaising between multiple parties internally and externally to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions to continuous improvement.
- Building new client relationship through, networking, walk-in-sales, innovative thinking & cold calling.
- Committed to broadening the client base by offering the highest quality of customer service and support.
You will bring to the role:
- Previous demonstrated in administration and customer relations
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Enthusiastic tone and voice
- Strong rapport and relationships – building skills
- Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
- Ability to efficiently manage and schedule multiple diaries simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and time management across various individuals and teams.
- Quick adaptability to changes in schedules, proactively addressing conflicts and logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption.
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn and use our CRM and Student Management System
- Ability to learn new systems
- Current Blue Card or must be willing to obtain one
