Job Title: Hairdresser

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to provide professional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creativity, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Hairdresser, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs, preferences, and style goals.

  • Provide haircuts, trims, and styling services for both men and women.

  • Perform coloring services, including highlights, balayage, and color correction.

  • Offer hair treatments such as deep conditioning, scalp treatments, and perms.

  • Stay up to date with current trends in haircuts, color techniques, and styling methods.

  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including tools, equipment, and stations.

  • Recommend and sell hair care products to clients based on their hair type and needs.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure client and staff health and safety.

  • Work with the team to achieve salon goals and ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hairdresser or similar role in the beauty industry.

  • Knowledge of different hair types, products, and techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for the latest trends in hair fashion.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.

Working Conditions:
