We're on the lookout for a skilled Drainer/Operator to join our growing team working on new residential builds across the Newcastle, Maitland, and Hunter Valley regions. If you take pride in high-quality work, enjoy a fast-paced site, and don't mind a laugh with the boys, we want to hear from you

Must-Haves:
  • White Card
  • MR Truck License
  • Residential construction experience (new homes)
  • Good attitude and team-first mindset
  • Sense of humour (non-negotiable)
Preferred but Not Essential:
  • Excavator Operator License
  • Experience in drainage and/or plumbing
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Installing stormwater and sewer drainage systems
  • Reading and working from residential site plans
  • Operating small plant & equipment
  • Keeping a clean, safe, and productive worksite
