Somerville Kindergarten is a not-for-profit, community-based sessional kindergarten offering quality early childhood education in a warm and welcoming environment. We have one group of 3-year-olds and two groups of 4-year-olds, supported by a small, passionate teaching team of six. Description

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic Cert III Educator to join our small, community based team starting Term This permanent part time role is for two days with one of our 4-year-old groups, and one day with our 3-year-old group, working 25.5 hours per week. (8:00 - 4:30) The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and Child Safe Standards, be confident in creating inclusive, play based and open ended learning environments. We value collaboration, respect, and genuine relationships with families and children. The position is offered under the VECTEA.
