Are you an experienced construction leader ready to make a national impact? We are a well-established insurance building company operating across WA, VIC, NSW, and QLD, seeking a Construction Operations Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of our Business as Usual (BAU) insurance repairs.
About the Role
As our Insurance Construction Operations Manager, you will take the reins on the operational delivery of our core insurance repair projects. Reporting to senior leadership (General Manager), your role is to ensure that our day-to-day construction operations are running efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard across all states.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction in the insurance repair space.
This role is based out of our Penrith Office.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support construction teams delivering BAU insurance repairs nationally.

Adhere to all Client KPI's / SLA's to ensure continued performance.

Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.

Monitor project pipelines and implement processes to optimise efficiency and reduce delays.

Drive continuous improvement in construction operations, safety, and compliance.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers, trades, and suppliers.

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in standards, KPIs, and quality outcomes.

Identify and address operational challenges, proactively resolving site and delivery issues.
About You

Proven experience in construction operations or project management, ideally within the insurance or residential repair sector.

Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative approach.

Solid understanding of trade coordination, defect management, and WHS requirements.

Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work across multiple regions with remote and on-site teams.
-
Relevant qualifications in building, construction, or project management are desirable.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel interstate as required.
