Opportunity

We are seeking casual Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen teams across the Ghanem Group. This is your chance to work in a variety of dynamic venues—each bringing its unique cuisine and atmosphere—while growing your skills under experienced kitchen leadership. Whether you're honing fundamentals or stepping into CDP responsibilities, you'll be supported and inspired at every turn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality dishes across kitchen stations during service
  • Support mise en place, prep work, and kitchen organization
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with senior chefs to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Assist with stock management and ingredient handling as directed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Commis Chef or CDP in premium, high-volume kitchens is ideal
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and adaptability
  • Passion for food, consistency, and detail in preparation and presentation
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple venues
  • Current food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills are essential for this role
