We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join a leading cancer care organisation, working across two purpose-built clinics on Sydney's Northern Beaches and Miranda.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of safe, high-quality oncology services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct clinical reviews of patients and oncology protocols
• Dispense and check medications in accordance with PBS regulations
• Complete medication reconciliation and assist with stock and inventory management
• Provide patient education and counselling
• Assist with coordination of clinical trials and compassionate access programs
• Contribute to research, quality assurance, and the Oncology AMS program
• Attend Site Selection and Initiation Visits
• Compound aseptic cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic products in a laminar flow hood
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Oncologists and the wider team

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or higher) with AHPRA registration
• Previous oncology and/or hospital pharmacy experience (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Confidence using computer systems – experience with MOSAIQ and IPharmacy desirable
