We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join a leading cancer care organisation, working across two purpose-built clinics on Sydney's Northern Beaches and Miranda.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of safe, high-quality oncology services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals.

What you'll be doing
- Conduct clinical reviews of patients and oncology protocols
- Dispense and check medications in accordance with PBS regulations
- Complete medication reconciliation and assist with stock and inventory management
- Provide patient education and counselling
- Assist with coordination of clinical trials and compassionate access programs
- Contribute to research, quality assurance, and the Oncology AMS program
- Attend Site Selection and Initiation Visits
- Compound aseptic cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic products in a laminar flow hood
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Oncologists and the wider team
What you'll bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or higher) with AHPRA registration
- Previous oncology and/or hospital pharmacy experience (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence using computer systems – experience with MOSAIQ and IPharmacy desirable
