Requirements:

• High proficiency in funnel building
• Strong growth mindset
• Experience with Facebook CAPI serverside integrations
• Understanding of sales funnels, CRMs, and conversion tracking to feed quality data into FB & Google
• Ad management (FB/Google)
• Excellent copywriting skills (ChatGPT pro user is a bonus)
• Ability to create and structure irresistible offers
• Team player who proactively contributes ideas instead of siloing themselves
• Big goals and ambition (you want to build something huge, not just "have a job")
• Actively reads, learns, and stays up-to-date with books, marketing, and industry trends
