Labour Solutions Group is growing fast, and we're on the lookout for experienced Pick Packers and High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our team in Prestons and surrounding suburbs (Ingleburn)

  • Forklift Driving: $34.33/hour
  • Ongoing, reliable shifts (full-time hours available)

About the Role

You'll be part of our busy warehouse operations team where you'll:

  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy
  • Work at pace while keeping safety first
  • Operate RF scanners (essential)
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Team up with colleagues to smash daily targets
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse or pick packing experience
  • RF scanning skills (must-have)
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia
Requirements
  • Monday–Friday availability (some weekends in peak periods)
  • Physically fit for standing/walking shifts
  • Own reliable transport
  • Steel cap boots
