Responsibilities
:

• Identify potential risks and provide strategic advice on a diverse range of risk and regulatory matters.
• Experience working with policy matters, interpreting and advising on relevant regulations and insertion orders for advertising.
• Manage an array of litigation, dispute and investigatory matters and support the Disputes & Regulatory team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years PQE working in top-tier private practice and large inhouse organisations.
• Deep understanding of Australian regulatory frameworks and experience with policy matters.
• Previous experience working with advertising law will be advantageous.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Must have full Australian working rights and be admitted to practice law in Australia.
