What will you be responsible for?

This role sits as part of Operations and IT team and reports to our IT manager, and acts as the first point of contact for colleagues and will see you willing to help them out with day-to-day IT issues.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Offering L1 support and extending knowledge to find L2 solutions
  • Taking the lead with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintaining Citation Group's asset register
  • Managing our ticket system including escalating tickets and providing colleagues with updates regarding their tickets.
  • Helping to coordinate implementation of new solutions
  • Maintain and update IT documentation
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure that all AV hardware is working fine

What we are looking for?

We're on the hunt for individuals with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and bring a positive attitude to work each day.

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Level 1 support role
  • Previous experience supporting Windows, Macs, printers, android and apple OS and AV solutions
  • Previous experience supporting SharePoint and one drive as a corporate solution
  • Previous experience with supporting Cloud solution including O365 and Azure
  • Basic understanding of network protocols
  • Someone who can think out of the box and produce the best solution on your own
