About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our vibrant, inclusive team at Tribe in Woolloongabba, QLD. Full time or part time available opportunity offers a fantastic work-life balance in a supportive, positive salon environment. WORK ONLY ONE SATURDAY A MONTH FROM 2026

Never work past 8pm, look after one guest at a time only. Boutique beautiful hair is our specialty.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional hairstyling and colouring services to our loyal clientele
  2. Mentoring and training our First Year Apprentice to develop their skills and confidence
  3. Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming salon space
  4. Contributing to a collaborative team culture and a positive salon atmosphere
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair care and styling

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Hairdresser in a salon environment
  2. Strong technical hairdressing skills, including cutting, colouring and styling
  3. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build loyal client relationships
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
