About the role

As a Delivery Driver at Growers Market, you will play a vital role in ensuring our fresh produce reaches customers quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering orders throughout the Port Macquarie area, providing exceptional customer service along the way.

What you'll be doing

  • Pickup and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure the safe transportation of goods and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all clients
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to coordinate deliveries
  • Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as required
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions

What we're looking for

  • A valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • A Class C (car) driver's licence is specifically required for this position
  • Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role, preferably in the logistics or retail industry
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to ensure timely deliveries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to provide outstanding customer service
  • A motivated and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical fitness to lift and manoeuvre goods as required
  • Ability to lift goods up to 30kg as part of regular duties
