Work Type: Full time preferred, but we're flexible

We're Verde Collective, a production nursery based in Nowergup. With spring around the corner, we're ramping up and looking for extra hands to join our team. We're all about growing quality plants, working hard together, and keeping things moving at pace.

• You'll be part of a friendly team that works together to get the job done
• Every day is hands on. You'll be moving plants, organising orders, and getting your hands dirty
• The work is active and rewarding, and the days go fast when you're busy

We're on the lookout for people who:

• Have experience in a production nursery, especially with dispatch or order picking
• Can work quickly and accurately (spring is go-time, so pace is important)
• Are detail-focused and take pride in getting things right
• Bring a positive attitude and love working with plants
• Are physically fit and reliable

Bonus points if you've used a forklift, or if you've got horticultural qualifications, but it's not essential.

• Picking and packing plant orders
• Making sure labels and trays are ready for dispatch
• Loading and staging orders on time
• Keeping things organised and tidy
• Working alongside the team to meet daily targets

• An immediate start
• Full time roles available, but we are also open to part time and casual arrangements
