Noosa Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated full time Service Advisor to join our service team at our GWM/Honda/INEOS Site. Noosa Auto Group is a long-established family-owned business on the Sunshine Coast. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we have the need to expand the service department. We are seeking a highly motivated full time Service Advisor to join our team.

The role will Include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers with enquiries and bookings
  • Providing quotes for vehicle services and repair's
  • Invoicing of completed repairs
  • Maintaining accurate customer information
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are always followed.

Required skills:

  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be driven, ambitious and hardworking.
  • Have a happy and positive attitude.
  • To be able to work in a high paced team environment.
  • Basic IT skills required
