About you:

  • Have the ability to make our clients feel valued and heard.
  • Be great at building relationships and demonstrate a real customer service focus.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high attention to detail.

In this fast paced full-time role you'll take responsibility for:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their project journey.
  • Collaborate with the sales, production and installation teams to ensure accurate timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress keeping clients informed at each stage.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain in house project tracking systems.
  • Provide daily support to the Operations Manager.
