Happy Feet Fitness Instructor – Redland Bay

2-3 days/week | Contractor role | $70–$100 per 30-minute class on average

We're Australia's leading children's fitness and edu-tainment program – and we're on the lookout for a vibrant, reliable, and business-savvy individual to join our team in the Redland Bay area.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver fun, interactive 30-minute classes using music, dance, storytelling and imaginative play to children aged 0–5 in childcare centres.
  • Take over a small existing schedule of classes, running Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
  • Work closely with our management team to grow the schedule to 3–4 full school-hour days (business development is part of the role).
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and centre staff.

What You'll Need

  • A business mindset – this is a contractor position and requires a level of autonomy.
  • Children's dance, fitness, drama or early childhood education experience.
  • Confidence, energy, reliability & great communication skills
  • A Blue Card and current First Aid certificate (both essential).
  • A reliable car to transport props and costumes (essential).
  • Availability Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, 9:00am–12:00pm, with additional hours as your schedule grows.
  • Must have permanent work rights with no restrictions

Please note: This role is not suitable for high school students, working holiday visa holders, or those requiring sponsorship. Consistency is essential for the children and childcare centres we work with.
