We are seeking an experienced Junior Administration and Scheduler to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident communicator with excellent people skills to join our team as a Junior Administrator/Scheduler. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in administration and scheduling within the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and managing project schedules using our scheduling software, Easy Track
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with daily queries to site supervisors, sub-contracters, suppliers and management
  • Ordering materials for scheduled jobs
  • Proficency in using MS Office (e.g. Excel)
  • General Administration duties; including answering phones and data entry (experience essential)

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2-3 year's experience in scheduling and adminstration prefebably in the (residential buiding sector)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
