Postconstruction Cleaner

• Expected salary: $32 - $34 per hour

Location: Hope Valley.

Requirements.

• Dl and vehicle to get to site and 6.30am start.

• Previous cleaning experience preferred for construction site.

• Must be reliable and turn up for work.

• Must be happy to do further training on the job to meet employer's requirements.

Some of the duties below – but not limited to.

• Removing debris: This includes materials like lumber, nails, and other construction scraps.

• Dust removal: Using vacuum cleaners and other tools to remove dust from surfaces.

• Surface cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors, walls, and other surfaces.

• Window and glass cleaning: cleaning windows, glass partitions, and sliding glass doors.

• Exterior cleaning: Cleaning exterior walls, driveways, and walkways, potentially using power washing.

• Waste disposal: Emptying trash cans and other waste containers, and ensuring proper disposal of construction debris.

• Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping restrooms, kitchens, and other areas clean and sanitary.

• Polishing and waxing: Polishing and waxing hard floors.

• Reporting issues: Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors.
