Crewe Sharp is one of the leading providers of nursing staff to Aged Care Facilities across Australia. We are now in an exciting growth phase as we expand our Hospitality & Domestic Services division to support clients nationally across other industries.
We are seeking an Allocations Consultant to join our new Crewe Sharp office in Sydney, on a full-time basis. You will play a crucial role in coordinating hospitality staff and matching them with venues across Australia.

About the Role
This is an office-based, full-time position. Your key responsibilities include:
- Client Service: Answer calls and provide exceptional service to clients and staff
- Shift Coordination: Accurately manage single and bulk shift bookings in a timely manner
- Staff Allocation: Match hospitality staff to shifts using our HR Workforce database (full training provided)
- Handle general administrative tasks efficiently
- Email Management: Respond promptly to client and staff inquiries
Requirements
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has:
- A hospitality industry background (preferable), with rostering, scheduling, and sales experience being a bonus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience with Entire on Hire or another bookings software programme is preferable
- Strong data entry skills and accuracy under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and work independently
