About You:

The desired candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for gardens and grounds; assisting in enhancing the relationship with seniors in our facility. This is the perfect role for someone wanting diversity in their working week with a strong work ethic, ability to work as part of a team, and good communication skills.

• Previous experience in maintenance and gardening preferred

• Drivers License

• Knowledge of correct manual handling procedures

• A sound understanding of aged care and the principles guiding this sector; ability to interact with the village residents on a day-to-day basis

• General computer skills

• Australian work rights

• Willingness to obtain/submit a National Crime Check application

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified before commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
