Permanent Full Time position based in Mildura.

We are expanding our team and would love you to join us

You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program across the Wimmera Mallee.

As well as delivering the SEE program, you will play a key part in providing administrative and compliance support to ensure the smooth operation of Qualify's registered training organisation and employment services.

About the role:

  • Use your experience to engage students and use effective learning techniques
  • Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
  • Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date program records including attendance, assessments, blended learning records, placements and evidence of outcomes.
  • Conduct participant support follow up with participants to monitor progress and facilitate referrals to support services as needed.
  • Provide administrative and compliance support to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Update, monitor and maintain accurate records in systems, including the student management system, SharePoint, and external databases (e.g., DEWR SEE System) ensuring full compliance.
  • Manage participant files, including registrations, pre-training assessments, enrolments, eligibility checks, document collection, and accurate data entry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Working towards
  • Diploma in Adult Education, Bachelor of Education or TESOL highly regarded
  • Working with Children Check, clear National Police Check, Australian residency.
  • Horticulture background will be favorable, however not essential
