Rackley Swimming are currently recruiting for Swim Teacher roles at Caloundra Aquatic Centre, Sunshine Coast

Key Requirements for Swim Teachers:
- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current CPR
Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working with kids in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.
Key Skills:
- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents.
- Decision-making skills, including the ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives, and communicate decisions.
- Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer experience.
