Key Requirements for Swim Teachers:

• Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
• Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
• Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
• Current CPR

Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working with kids in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.

Key Skills:

• High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents.
• Decision-making skills, including the ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives, and communicate decisions.
• Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer experience.
