Cabinet Maker

We're hiring: Cabinet Makers / Furniture Makers / Experienced Tradesman

We're a small, passionate workshop specialising in bespoke joinery and fine furniture and we're growing. Every piece we build is one-of-a-kind, crafted with intention, precision, and care. As we take on bigger and more complex, design-led projects, we're looking for two makers to join us.

We're a very small team. You'll be working closely with the owners and playing an active role in a business that values your ideas, input, and energy.

1. Senior Cabinet Maker

You are a qualified cabinet maker and have proven experience in high end residential joinery and furniture.

In this role, you'll:

• Take the lead on technical joinery and detailed elements
• Manage complex scopes and problem-solve on the go
• Confident in interpreting architectural plans and shop drawings
• High attention to detail in your work
• Liaise with builders and other trades on technical elements of the builds
• Can be thrown a curve ball and respond accordingly
• Ability to run installs (install experience preferred)
• Maintain top-level quality control and team standards
• Work confidently across materials like solid timber, veneer, and more
• 5-10 years experience

2. 4th Year Apprentice or Cabinet Maker

We're looking for a great mid-level maker. You'll be doing a lot of the heavy lifting across each project, from early-stage machining, joinery, carcass assembly through to final detailing, packaging, and prep for delivery. You'll have your hands on every stage of the build and play a key role in keeping things moving smoothly.

You'll focus on:

• Carcass assembly and hands-on support throughout each build
• Reading plans accurately and working efficiently to schedule
• Organising parts, hardware, and materials for upcoming stages
• Packaging, dispatch, and coordinating deliveries where needed
• Taking ownership of workshop organisation, cleanliness, and flow
• Actively improving how jobs are set up, tracked, and completed
• Being a steady, reliable force in the day-to-day rhythm of the shop

Both roles are based in our Central Coast workshop, where the majority of the work takes place. Around 90% of our projects and clients are located in Sydney, so occasional travel may be required — for site visits or installs — depending on the project.

We'd love to find people who are open to being on-site when needed. A driver's license and access to transport is essential.
